Focus on the Future Course Guarantee Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
This guarantee is available to participants (“Participants”) who have enrolled and fully paid for the “Focus on the Future” photography course (“Course”). Participants must attend all sessions of the Course to be eligible for the guarantee.
2. Guarantee Claim Period:
Participants can claim the guarantee within 6 months after the completion date of the Course. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
3. Guarantee Claim Requirements:
To qualify for the guarantee refund, Participants must demonstrate that they have:
• Applied the core techniques taught in the Course to their photography business.
• Made reasonable efforts to secure bookings, including but not limited to implementing the marketing strategies, email templates, and pitches provided in the Course materials.
• Actively engaged in networking and promotional activities to build their brand and clientele.
• Built or have a website using the core techniques.
4. Documentation:
Participants must provide documentation of their efforts to secure bookings, including copies of email correspondences, marketing materials used, and a summary of actions taken to apply the techniques learned in the Course.
5. Review Process:
All guarantee claims will be reviewed by the Course provider. The review process may include discussions with the Participant to understand their efforts and challenges better. The Course provider reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification from the Participant.
6. Refund:
If a Participant’s guarantee claim is approved, they will receive a full refund of the Course fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of claim approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for Course enrollment.
7. Limitations:
The guarantee does not cover:
• Losses or expenses incurred by the Participant beyond the Course fee.
• Participants who fail to attend all sessions of the Course.
• Claims based on a lack of effort or commitment by the Participant.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
The Course provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
